1. Digital Products (e.g., Braille & QR Code Overlay Maker App)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted.
- Refunds may be considered only if:
- You experience technical issues that prevent access or use, and
- Our support team cannot resolve the issue.
2. Consulting and Training Services
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of a session are not eligible for a refund.
3. Market Research Services
- Because these services involve custom research and preparation, refunds are generally not available once the project has started.
- If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a partial refund minus any administrative fees.

5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
- Processing times depend on your payment provider but usually take 5–10 business days.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to use a QR code scanner or third-party software not controlled by Imperfect Solutions.
- Failure to meet device or internet requirements.
